🔁 Exchanges & Damaged Items
Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.Keep all original packaging and the damaged item for inspection.
After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
