At Jenifer’s Antiques, we take pride in offering carefully selected antique, vintage, and collectible items. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind or vintage in nature, we strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs so you can shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in the same condition received
  • all original packaging, tags, and included materials must be returned
  • the item must not be altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
  • proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique and delicate nature of antique and vintage merchandise, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • custom or personalized items
  • made-to-order products
  • final sale or clearance items
  • gift cards
  • items described as vintage, antique, or pre-owned with disclosed imperfections

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing, as vintage and antique items may naturally show signs of age and character.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photographs of the item
  • photographs of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • a damaged item
  • a defective product
  • an incorrect shipment

For valuable antique items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution
  • partial refunds may apply for items not returned in original condition

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

Because many of our products are unique or one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges may not always be available.

If you are interested in a replacement or alternative item, please contact our support team for assistance.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy.
