To retain your right to a refund, you need to follow a few simple rules:

  1. Only goods of proper quality are subject to return.
  2. has not been used and has no signs of use (Stains, abrasions, traces of Scratches)
  3. there are no traces of liquid entering the product or on the packaging
  4. It is not on the list of products that are not subject to exchange or return.
  5. Less than 30 days have passed since the purchase of the goods

The cost of services related to the delivery of goods to the seller’s destination is paid by the buyer.


🧾 What should I do to return the product?

    1. Inform the manager of your intention to return the goods.
    2. Fill out the form required to return the product.
    3. Carefully pack the parcel and send it to the address specified by the manager, placing the completed form in the box.
    4. Send the manager the parcel track number and wait for the refund

Refunds or exchanges for other goods are made after receiving the parcel!
